We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags and original packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) will be required.
How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

the product is defective or damaged, or
-
you have received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (like food items)

Customized / personalized products
-
Personal care goods (beauty, hygiene items)

Hazardous materials or flammable items

Items sold under “Sale” or “Clearance” category

Gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you can return your original purchase (as per the above guidelines).

Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI as provided by you.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank/payment provider to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at businesspratik74@gmail.com.

In rare cases where there is an unjustified delay in delivery or service from our end, we will make it up to you with a special discount voucher for your next purchase.
