📦 Return & Refund Policy 

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

  • We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags and original packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) will be required.

How to Request a Return

  • Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions.

  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

  • Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

    • the product is defective or damaged, or

    • you have received the wrong item.
      We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (like food items)

  • Customized / personalized products

  • Personal care goods (beauty, hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

  • Items sold under “Sale” or “Clearance” category

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you can return your original purchase (as per the above guidelines).

  • Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI as provided by you.

  • Please note, it may take additional time for your bank/payment provider to reflect the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at businesspratik74@gmail.com.


⚡ Extra Note on Delays:
In rare cases where there is an unjustified delay in delivery or service from our end, we will make it up to you with a special discount voucher for your next purchase.
